I was able to follow the instructions for the most part, but a few steps had me stopping to figure out what they meant. Compared to some other brands I’ve tried, these weren’t as straightforward or detailed, but they still got the job done

I bought this from ev-lectron.com, and so far the charger seems fine safety-wise. No overheating, no weird smell, nothing that made me nervous. It’s kind of hard to describe, but I just expected the safety details on the site to be a little more thorough. I had to click around and look for extra info, which was a bit annoying. The charger works fine overall, I just wish they explained things better. 3 stars.

This charger felt kind of cheap as soon as I took it out of the box, which already wasn’t a great start. I figured maybe it would still work fine, but then after about a week it started acting weird. For the price, I expected something a lot more solid. I don’t know, maybe I got a bad one, but either way I’m disappointed

i was a little frustrated at first because I couldn’t get my EV charger connected and had to reach out to ev-lectron support. They did get back to me, and the person I talked to seemed like he knew what he was doing, which helped.

The only downside was that it took a couple of days, and I ended up explaining the same issue more than once. It did get fixed in the end, so I’m happy about that, but the whole process could’ve been a bit smoother.

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Had to follow up a couple of times to get things moving, which was a bit annoying

It works fine overall, but the cable feels way too short to me. Maybe it’s just my setup, but I was expecting a bit more length.

I didn’t feel like this was worth the money. What I got didn’t really match the price, and to make it more confusing, the email said one thing while the actual experience felt like something else. Just left me a bit frustrated.

Am I missing something here? I used it in the rain and water got in quickly. After that, it just stopped working. I expected it to handle a little wet weather better.

I’ve used ev-lectron.com a few times to look for chargers, and overall it’s been okay. Some of the stations that showed up as working actually did work, so I’ll give it credit for that.
That said, I’ve had a couple of times where a charger was listed as available, but then it either wouldn’t start or randomly stopped after a few minutes. When your battery is already low, having to mess around with the app, drive to another spot, and try again is frustrating.
It’s not terrible, but it’s not something I fully trust yet either. I’d probably still use it, but I wish it took less effort to figure out whether a charger is actually going to work.

The product was fine, but the delivery was seriously slow. I kept checking the tracking and waiting around, and after a while it was like, come on now, how is it still not here?

I ordered this from Lectron for my EV because the site made it seem like it should fit, so I figured I was good. Once it arrived though, the adapter wasn’t quite a perfect match for my model. It does work, but I have to fiddle with it a bit, which makes me wonder if I should’ve looked into the compatibility more before buying.
Customer support did get back to me and explained things more clearly, so I’ll give them credit for that. Overall it’s not a bad charger, and maybe it’s partly on me for not double-checking, but I do wish the vehicle fit info had been clearer upfront.

I don’t know, the whole site just felt off and kind of frustrating. I was trying to find simple stuff and somehow kept getting lost, and the checkout part felt messy in a way that really annoyed me. After a while I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore and gave up...

I tried reaching out about a warranty issue it just went in circles. The replies were slow, nobody gave me a straight answer, and it really felt like they were just trying to avoid dealing with it. After buying from them, I expected at least some basic support, come on now. Super frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t use ev-lectron again.

I bought this thinking it would be something I could just toss in my car and forget about, but what a joke. It’s way bulkier than I expected, and the cable is so stiff that it makes the whole thing awkward to pack away.
Trying to move it around is a hassle, especially if you don’t have a lot of trunk space. If you’re looking for something for travel or daily use, I’d definitely look for something smaller and easier to deal with.

Yeah, this adapter just didn’t fit my car properly. I tried lining it up a couple different ways, but it wasn’t happening, so I couldn’t really use it.

It said my order would arrive Tuesday, but it didn’t show up until Friday. The tracking was confusing too, like something about it just wasn’t updating clearly. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really explain much, so I was left guessing for a few days...

I bought a charger from Lectron about 6 months ago. It worked fine right out of the box, and the shipping were normal, nothing special but no issues either.

After using it for a while, I’d say the durability is kind of average. The cable still charge, but the outside cover feels stiffer now, and one spot near the plug already looks a little worn. I thought it would hold up better than that.

It’s not a bad charger, just not one I’m super impressed with. If you only use it lightly, it’s probably fine, but I don’t know if I’d buy the exact same one again.

I was disappointed with the customer service. I reached out thinking, okay, maybe they’ll help me sort this out quickly, but nope. The person I spoke with came across as rude, and I didn’t really feel like they were trying to help. I kept thinking, am I being difficult here, or is this just bad service? Either way, it left a sour impression.

I was actually ready to buy and the products looked good, so it was frustrating when the site kept freezing at the payment step. My cart reset twice, and I couldn’t easily figure out where to get support. I wanted to give it a chance, but after a while I just gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

I kept going back and forth through the instructions, thinking it would suddenly click, then realizing I was still stuck on the same step. It wasn’t impossible, exactly, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth install for me and I ended up wasting a lot more time than I planned.
